Bet Shemesh Engines Ltd.
Bet Shemesh Engines Ltd. (BSEL) was incorporated in 1968 and the BSEL’s manufacturing plant was built in Bet Shemesh, Israel.
Five decades later, BSEL offers a one-stop shop as an engine parts manufacturer and maintenance center.
BSEL’s plant includes engine MRO (including test-cells), casting, machining, research and development, assembly and testing of complete modules and turbine engines.

Carmel Forge Ltd.
FOUNDED IN 1961, Carmel Forge is a world-class forging house providing turn-key solutions to aerospace and power generation industries worldwide.
Carmel Forge is a self-contained forging house capable of producing a wide range of metal alloy components for the aerospace engine and power generation industries. In 1994, UTC acquired Carmel Forge, with the latter becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of UTC and a corporate affiliate of both PW-US and PW-CA. After 20 years of business success, Bet Shemesh Engines purchased 100% of Carmel Forge ownership from UTC.
Carmel Forge owns a 527,000 sq. ft. manufacturing plant in Tirat Carmel, Israel. The facility contains manufacturing equipment such as a fully automated Ring Rolling Facility, computer-controlled screw presses, and fully automated ultrasonic immersion Laboratory heat treatment equipment, a computer controlled etching line, high precision CNC machining centers and expanded laboratories. Cutting-edge technologies combined with the highly experiences engineering, metallurgy and production teams create a perfect 360° solution from inception to delivery.

LPO (LIVNICA PRECIZNIH ODLIVAKA)
Founded in 1978, the Ada-based precision castings foundry – Livnica Preciznih Odlivaka doo (LPO) has 40 years of experience and is today a supplier to the world’s leading manufacturers of engines and components for turbojet engines.
From its beginning and until 1990, LPO produced LPT blades and vanes for the Viper engine program. From 1990 until 2003, LPO’s focus and operations moved to medical programs.

In addition, we observe strict discipline in our work and culture of communication, which is very important in the aviation industry.
To meet the ever-growing demand for aerospace parts in the world market, Bet Shemesh Engines Ltd from Israel purchased LPO in 2003, signaling LPO’s return to the aerospace market.
Since 2014, LPO’s Machine Shop was introduced, focusing on machining of Ni/Co base alloy casting or forging parts.
