The Casting Division of Bet Shemesh Engines Ltd. (BSEL) produces air foils and structural parts for the most advanced engines, such as Pratt & Whitney’s GTF, GE LEAP, GP7000 and more. This is achieved by meeting the engine manufacturers’ most demanding standards in quality, competitive pricing and “on time delivery”.

The Casting Division of Bet Shemesh Engines produces parts by investment casting. via vacuum and air melts. The Casting Division, together with BSEL’s Manufacturing Division together create a one-stop-shop at BSEL in the Engine Parts Sector – both at BSEL’s main plant in Bet Shemesh, Israel, and also at LPO – BSEL’s fully owned subsidiary in Ada, Serbia.

BSEL’s ability to reduce “time to market” dramatically with our Rapid Prototype Center capabilities in the Casting Divisions, where parts can be produced in a very short time to support quicker assembly and engine test runs. Our engineering team has vast experience with design capabilities and uses advanced tools such as ProCast® simulation.

Our customers can also rely upon our ceramic core production plant, approved by PW, MTU, Siemens, and others.

BSEL’s recent venture into the Single Crystal technology shall lead to further expansion and broadening of BSEL’s Casting Division’s capabilities.
