Mr. Ram Drori serves as Chief Executive Officer of Bet Shemesh Engines (BSEL).
Mr. Drori joined BSEL in 2017, following over 20 years in the automotive and industrial sectors, including senior executive positions in a leading, international company in the automotive sector, developing and providing innovative, weight-reductive auto - components and solutions to many of the largest international automobile manufacturers. Mr. Drori served as Chief Executive Officer between 2009-2017, overseeing global activity with annual revenue of above EUR 100M and operations in plants and locations spread between Israel, North America, Europe and Asia.
Mr. Drori holds a BA in Industrial Engineering and Management from Ruppin Academic Center.
Sasson Darvish serves as General Manager at Carmel Forge LTD.
Mr. Darvish joined Carmel Forge after 25+ years of service in several leading international and local companies.
His experience includes serving as Carmel Forge’s Vice President of Operations, as well as various multidisciplinary and management positions in Operations , Manufacturing and Quality in the Tech and Metal industries.
Mr. Darvish holds B.Sc and M.Sc degrees in Material Engineering , specializing in microelectronics from the Ben – Gurion University , as well as an MBA from the Technion Institute of Technology.
Mr. Avishai A. Raz serves as Vice President Marketing and Sales of Bet Shemesh Engines (BSEL).
Mr. Raz joined BSEL in 1982, marking over 35 years in the aerospace industry. Between 1982 – 1995 Mr. Raz worked in the Quality Assurance Division holding various positions. In 1995 he joined the Marketing and Sales Division and was appointed as Regional Marketing Manager. In 2002, Mr. Raz was appointed as International Marketing Manager and in 2015 he was appointed as BSEL’s Vice President Marketing and Sales, with full responsibility for BSEL’s marketing and sales activities.
Mr. Raz holds a practical mechanical engineer degree.
Mr. Shmuel Cohen Amin serves as VP MRO at Bet Shemesh Engines (BSEL). Mr. Cohen-Amin joined BSEL in 1984 and filled both operational and managerial roles, gaining broad & extensive experience and knowhow in MRO (maintenance, repair & overhaul) operations and management. Mr. Cohen Amin served as Deputy VP MRO from 2006 before assuming the position of VP MRO in 2019.
Prior to joining BSEL, Mr. Cohen Amin served in several positions in the Israeli Airforce throughout 5 years of service, with positions including flight-line manager for the F-16 (“Barak”) Fleet.
Ms. Efrat Shanan serves as VP of Human Resources Bet Shemesh Engines (BSEL).
Ms. Shanan joined BSEL in 2018, bringing more than 20 years of experience in global HR management to her role. Prior to joining BSEL, Ms. Shanan served in senior executive HR positions in leading industrial, energy and technology international companies. Ms. Shanan’s experience includes leading global teams in various areas of Human Resources, including management development, regulation, computerization, restructuring, compensation and labor law, among others.
Ms. Shanan received a BSW with Dean’s Excellence and a Masters degree in Public Policy and Government from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Mr. Ariel Madmoni serves as VP Production at Bet Shemesh Engines (BSEL). Mr. Madmoni joined BSEL in 2015 as Deputy VP Production and assumed the position of VP Production in 2017. Prior to joining BSEL, Mr. Madmoni served in several operational and production positions in an aerospace & military manufacturing company in Israel for nearly ten years, with responsibilities including managing jet engines shafts productions and operations, and creating and managing new flag products and processes, including responsibility for technological, operational and financial aspects.
Mr. Madmoni holds a B.Sc. Engineering from Beer Sheva University and an MBA from Peres Academic Center.
Mr. Dov Feldman serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Bet Shemesh Engines (BSEL).
Mr. Feldman joined BSEL in 2017, following serving as CFO in several leading industrial Israeli companies, with global operations and activities. Mr. Feldman has also served as a director in one of Israel’s leading investment companies.
Mr. Feldman’s experience over 25 years includes managing financial teams, aspects and operations, including capital raising, planning, implementation and overseeing of work plans and budgets, strategic planning, compliance, pricing and procurement, salary and compensation management, and more.
Mr. Feldman is a licensed CPA, and holds a BA in economics and accounting, and an LLM in law (accountants program), both from Bar Ilan University.
Mr. Aleksandar Miskovic serves as Director of Livnica Preciznih Odlivaka (LPO), a fully-owned subsidiary of Bet Shemesh Engines Ltd.
Mr. Miskovic joined LPO in 2001, following serving in several companies and bringing accounting and marketing experience in the industrial sector, including the machine – tooling industry and precision casting foundry. Mr. Miskovic assumed the position of Co-General Manager of LPO in 2003 and he became Director of LPO in 2005.
Mr. Miskovic received a Masters degree in Economic science from the University of Novi Sad, Serbia.
Dr. Moshe Shapira serves as VP of R&D and Engineering at Bet Shemesh Engines (BSEL). Dr. Shapira joined BSEL in 2005, bringing more than 30 years of experience in research and R&D management to his role.
Prior to joining BSEL Dr. Shapira served in leading roles at a major government institute and held several challenging positions relating to the development and integration of high technology projects including ballistics and explosion systems, space thrusters, high energy and high current systems, laser systems X-Rays and many others.
Dr. Shapira has held various positions of Visiting Professor, research fellowship and lecturer at highly esteemed institution in Israel and abroad.
Dr. Shapira holds D.Sc., M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology(Summa Cum Laude for his bachelor studies). Dr. Shapira also holds an M.A. in Law from Bar Ilan University and MBA from Ono college.
Mr. Haim Defrin serves as VP of Quality Assurance Bet Shemesh Engines (BSEL).
Mr. Defrin joined BSEL in 2018, bringing more than 20 years of experience in Quality Management & QA processes to his role.
Prior to joining BSEL, Mr. Defrin served as a Director of Quality Assurance in an aerospace & military manufacturing company and as a Board Director of a Gear company located in the US.
Mr. Defrin’s experience includes leading of Improving methods and performance teams as a part of his former position being the head of the QA Branch in the Israeli Air Force. (LT. Colonel).
Mr. Defrin holds a BA with Dean’s Excellence and an MBA from the University of Derby UK.
